Semalam 7 March.. Birthday Ummi.. so,

nice nice flower ..
Susahnya Chinese Uncle tu nak sampai rumah kita Along.. 4, 5 kali dia call.. baru la sampai. nice flower la Along! next time bagi kat 'Iffah lak ...(urm.. 3 women as ur commitment in life! Ummi, Kak W****** and Me! duh... kay la, drop me out of the list. Just make it two.. )

This is Yaya's first home made cake.. eh eh .. Tak tak. 2nd one! =)

Ummi: Waah.. this is ur first home-made cake..

Yaya: Sorri ek.. Tak la.. Dulu Yaya ada buat cake chocolate.. sorang sorang.. masa tu ummi tidur.. (hehe.. ada ek Yaya,asal kitorang tak perasan pun! Dalam mimpi kut...)

and... this is 'Iffah's first home-made eclairs.... yummy yummy

I start doin it at 3 pm and finished it on 8 pm (lebih kurang la).. ok wut! tak la lama sangat ;p
Siap sempat bawak g Usrah ngan antar rumah makcik Faezah lagi taw!

Sedap sedap...

Macam mana ek boleh start nak buat nih.. haa.. ingat-ingat. Sebab Ummi ada cerita masa Ummi usrah kat England dulu.. semua kawan-kawan Ummi suka masa ummi bawa this sort of 'Puff' g usrah. Then ummi pun baru jumpa kawan ummi.. anak dia ingat Ummi sebab Puff ni lah! [Wow! betapa sedapnye.. yumm..]

I made two type.. one is Eclaires... the other is Custard Filling.. both of this food we called as 'Cream Puff" ( ye ek.. ntah .. ye kut)

Depends on korang... at the first place.. memang 'Iffah just bubuh je on the tray and then bake it. Tapi seems tak 'comel' and dia jadi agak besar. So my ummi ask me to put it in cup so that boleh agak2 sama besar semuanya.

For the filling.. I didnt did as in the recipe, but used my mum recipes..

Woopss. lupa nak gtau, after dah siapkan 'kelongsong-kelongsong' luar tu, guntingkan pada bahagian tgh(separuh je) so that kita leh fill in the filling.

ok.. for the filling,

untuk Custard..senang je..

- 2 tsp. Custard Flour

- 2 tsp. sugar

- 570 ml milk

Caranya..

Custard Flour n Sugar tu dicampur dalam satu mangkuk. Then, amik 2 tsp. susu dari 570ml tu. Campurkan dalam mangkuk n gaul sampai sebati.

Susu yang selebihnya, panaskan sampai mendidih. Then, tuang dalam mangkuk yg dah disebatikan tu. Lepas tu, gaul sampai rata. Then, masuk balik dalam periuk n panaskan until jadi custard yang tak keras sgt.. Keras sgt tak sedap.. cair sgt pun tak sedap.. sedang2 best...

For Eclairs.. lagi senang...

Amik whipping cream. Bubuh je dalam 'kelongsong'. Then letak je choc atas 'kelongsong' tu. siap!

'Iffah suka yang Eclairs ni lagi.. sbb cam sejuk2 je makan dia..best.

    bkan saje bleh dpt mende2 yg bermanfaat..malah kite juge leh mendapatkn resepi beraneka jenis juadah dr cni..hehe =p
